My path to research wasn't a straight line. I spent years in UX Research Ops at SaaS companies like Atlassian and Dropbox, supporting 100+ studies and building the systems that help research scale. That experience gave me a specific lens: I don't just think about the user, I think about how research fits into the larger system of people, products, and decisions around it.

I went back to school for my Master's in HCI + Design at UW to move from supporting research to leading it.

Outside of research, you can find me reading (dystopian is a favorite), occasionally kicking a soccer ball or at least thinking about it, and always on the lookout for the next dog to pet.
